ALL WELCOME
Luton Friends of Battir is hosting an evening to celebrate International women’s day with a meal followed by a presentation by two Palestinian women. This event is one of many similar events taking place across Britain with many other Palestine Twinning groups.
Our guest speakers are:
Dr Huda works as a GP for UNWRA in Jerusalem and suburbs - and also in the Camden Clinic, Abu Dis. Her family were originally refugees from Haifa.
And
I'temad lives with her family and seven children in Shu'fat refugee camp in Jerusalem.
Public Meeting Friday 5th March 7pm

Food will be served at 7pm with speeches started about 7:30
There is no charge for entry but donations will help to cover costs and to build on our work with our friendship links with Battir.
