Renowned teacher from Nadwatul Ulema and Researcher who specialised in Ilmul Rijaal. Currently a research fellow at the Oxford centre for Islamic Studies, Oxford University.

This course will cover:

- Introduction to Hadith and chains of narrations

- Terminologies of Hadith and its people

- Different types of chains connecting back to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh)

- Hadith categories according to the number of people narrating it

- Categories of Hadith based on continuous connection of narrators

- Types of Hadith based on acceptance

- Sahih, Hasan, Da’eef

- Science of Jarh waTa’deel

- Introductions to the narrators of Hadith
